Inside the border of New York State's Adirondack Park, there is a sweep of forest, mountains, rivers and lakes designated in the state constitution as Forever Wild. I guide a slate of year-round activities in the region.

The rivers have remained cool all summer, and the fall fly fishing season has begun with some great catches in wild country. My home water is the West Canada Creek, but I will also be working on the legendary Ausable River near Lake Placid. In addition, I'll be guiding backcountry hikes and mountain climbs as the leaves reach peak color.

Sign up today for a memorable adventure. You can keep up with the latest backcountry trip reports on the Facebook page.
